  • Preparation and management of annual operational (service charge) budget - current control and monitoring all the costs
  • Direct management of all expenditure associated with the above service charges, including all approvals for  payment
  • Service charge reconciliation according to the leasing agreement
  • Issuing rent, service charge and direct costs invoices to tenants in accordance with the leasing agreement
  • Indexation of the rent
  • Amount due control and monitoring
  • Co-operation with the bookkeeping company contracted by the Landlord for the provision of the Financial Services related to the Real Estate Property
  • Co-operation with the Financial Audit company contracted by the Landlord in respect of the finances of the Real Estate Property
  • Preparation of the tax declaration in respect of the property taxes referring to the Building Tax and Land Tax only
  • Financial reports preparation on monthly, quarterly and annual basis, indicating performance of the property (reporting system to be adjusted to Landlord’s requirements and expectations)
  • Debt management

  • Cost optimization and control
  • Short and long term Capital Expenditure Investment Planning
