Sun Plaza, the most important shopping centre of Southern Bucharest, and currently the biggest Shopping Mall in Bucharest, had its Grand Opening on February 25, 2010. This project covers over 80,000 sqm of rentable space. Coral Construct had received an honor as well as huge responsibility to cover Technical Management and Maintenance at this 200 million Euro investment. The project has 2,000 parking spaces and in the second phase there is a plan to build A - class office building with 8,300 sqm of leasable area in a near future.
